Where sweets are sold as mixed bags, hampers, selections or bundles, the exact contents may vary slightly depending on stock availability. Any substitutions will be of equal or greater value wherever possible.

Customers are responsible for checking the ingredients and allergen information before consuming any product.

If you have a severe allergy or intolerance, please contact us before placing an order so we can advise where possible. We cannot guarantee that products are free from traces of allergens unless clearly stated.

5. Food safety

Our sweets and confectionery products should be stored in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight, heat and moisture.

Customers are responsible for storing products correctly after delivery.

We cannot accept responsibility for products that are damaged, melted, spoiled, or otherwise affected due to incorrect storage after delivery.

6. Orders

When you place an order, you agree that all information provided is accurate and complete.

Once your order has been placed, you will receive an order confirmation email. This does not mean your order has been accepted. We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order for reasons including, but not limited to:

  • product unavailability;
  • pricing or listing errors;
  • suspected fraud;
  • incorrect customer details;
  • delivery restrictions;
  • issues with payment.

If we cancel an order after payment has been taken, we will issue a refund.

7. Prices and payment

All prices are shown in pounds sterling GBP.

Prices may change at any time without notice. The price charged will be the price shown at checkout when you place your order.

We reserve the right to correct pricing errors. If an error affects your order, we may contact you before dispatch or cancel the order and issue a refund.

Payment must be received in full before orders are dispatched.

Customers are responsible for providing accurate delivery details. If an order is delayed, lost, or returned due to incorrect address information, we may not be able to refund postage or resend the order free of charge.

9. Missing, damaged or incorrect orders

Please contact us as soon as possible if your order arrives damaged, incorrect, incomplete, or does not arrive within the expected timeframe.

We may ask for photos of the product, packaging and delivery label to help us investigate.

Where an item is confirmed to be damaged, faulty, incorrect, or not as described, we will offer an appropriate resolution, which may include a refund, replacement, or partial refund.

10. Returns and refunds

As we sell food and confectionery items, returns are limited for food safety and hygiene reasons.

We cannot usually accept returns for sweets, confectionery or edible items where the product has been opened, unsealed, tampered with, or cannot be safely resold.

This does not affect your statutory rights. If your item is faulty, damaged, incorrect, or not as described, please contact us and we will resolve the issue appropriately.

11. Cancellations

If you wish to cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible.

If your order has not yet been processed or dispatched, we will do our best to cancel it and issue a refund.

Once an order has been dispatched, cancellation may not be possible, especially for food and confectionery items where returns are restricted for safety and hygiene reasons.

12. Promotions and discount codes

Discount codes, offers and promotions may be changed, withdrawn or refused at any time.

Discount codes cannot usually be applied retrospectively to previous orders.

Only one discount code may be used per order unless stated otherwise.
