Refund policy
At Olivia Rose, we want every order to arrive safely and in perfect condition. As we sell food and confectionery products, returns are handled slightly differently to standard retail items.
Returns for sweets and food items
For food safety and hygiene reasons, we are unable to accept returns of sweets, confectionery, or other edible products where:
- the item has been opened, unsealed, or tampered with;
- the product is perishable or has a limited shelf life;
- the item cannot be safely resold once it has left our control;
- the return is due to a change of mind, taste preference, or ordering the wrong item.
This does not affect your statutory rights.
Damaged, faulty, incorrect, or missing items
Please contact us as soon as possible if your order arrives damaged, faulty, incorrect, or incomplete.
To help us resolve the issue quickly, please email us with:
- your order number;
- photos of the item and packaging;
- a brief description of the issue.
Where an item is confirmed to be damaged, faulty, incorrect, or not as described, we will offer an appropriate resolution, which may include a replacement, refund, or partial refund.
Cancellations
If you need to cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible after placing it. If your order has not yet been processed or dispatched, we will do our best to cancel it and issue a refund.
Once an order has been dispatched, we may not be able to cancel it.
Refunds
Approved refunds will be processed back to your original payment method. Please allow time for your bank or payment provider to process the refund.
Return postage
If a return is required because the item is faulty, damaged, incorrect, or not as described, we will advise you on the next steps.
If a return is accepted for any other reason at our discretion, the customer may be responsible for the return postage cost.
